Charlie and The Chocolate Factory

Synopsis: Who wouldn't want to join Charlie Bucket in his adventurous tour of Willy Wonka's world-famous Chocolate Factory? Now is your chance! Your audience will see Augustus Gloop, Violet Beauregarde, Veruca Salt, Grandpa George, Grandma Georgina, Willy Wonka and Charlie himself come to life. And all involved will discover the true meaning of teamwork, self-confidence and self-esteem. Each member of your cast will have a role that promotes a special understanding of other people as, together, they and your audience experience a chocolate-candy fantasy. The entire production is smoothly tied together by an energetic and personable Narrator, who effortlessly bridges time and excites the audience with creative anticipation. The delicious fun of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory awaits you!

Note: This is not a musical. There are many roles for all ages of children—from Oompa-Loompas to the children’s parents and grandparents.

Audition Dates: Wednesday, July 26th and Monday, August 7th

Callbacks if needed: Tuesday, August 8 at 6:00 p.m. Should the directors need to call your child back, you will be notified.

Read Thru: Thursday, August 10th from 6:00 p.m.-7:45 p.m.

Rehearsal Bootcamp: Monday, August 14-Thursday, August 17 from 12:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

Rehearsal Schedule starting August 21: Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m.-7:45 p.m. Be prepared to possibly go Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for 2 weeks before the show in October.

Show Dates are TBD at this time: We are still waiting for confirmation of show dates. As soon as they are finalized, it will be announced. Tentative production dates are the weekends of October 14 and 15 or October 21 and 22.
